Deputy Director/Manager of Human Administration

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensively plan the human resources management of the park, participate in the company's business strategic planning, analyze the current situation of human resources, formulate the company's human resources strategic plan and guide the implementation;

2. Lead the team to build a human resource system and improve the company's overall human resource structure;

3. Manage the company's operations and various functional departments, and coordinate the relationship between various internal departments;

4. According to the adjustment of the organizational structure, timely adjust the allocation of human resources and the establishment of talent echelon;

5. Responsible for overall planning and arranging the company's administrative management work, responsible for the company's administrative personnel budget, supervision, execution and control.

 

Qualifications:

1. Recruit bachelor degree or above, majors in human resource management, business management, psychology, etc.;

2. With more than 5 years of comprehensive management experience in human resources in the real estate industry, working experience in an industrial park in Shenzhen is preferred;

3. Have a solid theoretical foundation of modern enterprise human resource management, proficient in the practical management of various modules of human resources, and be good at human resource planning, team building, incentives and corporate culture;

4. Have good communication and coordination skills, organizational skills, and innovative thinking.
