Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out project management in strict accordance with the design drawings, construction specifications and construction organization design, and deal with problems promptly or report them to higher authorities, and ask for instructions to solve them.

2. Participate in the project design submission, drawing review, and make records.

3. Conduct project inspections and keep records in accordance with the requirements of the project management system, do a good job in technical review of important parts, and participate in the acceptance of concealed projects.

4. Inspect the various raw materials entering the construction site, supervise the construction unit's material sample testing, and urge the construction unit to re-sample and test if there is any doubt.

5. Organize and coordinate to solve the technical cooperation problems of various types of work in the subcontractor's project.

6. In accordance with the milestone plan, monthly schedule plan, and weekly plan after the review, the project progress is managed and controlled throughout the process, and reasonable correction suggestions are made for the problematic nodes.

7. Supervise the construction unit to do a good job of safe and civilized construction at the construction site, strictly control the quality, and promptly issue work contact sheets and fines for on-site violations.

8. Carefully review and promptly handle the project payment procedures delivered by the construction unit.

9. Responsible for following up the maintenance work of the delivered project.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above in civil engineering, civil engineering and other related majors, and more than 5 years of housing construction project construction management experience;

2. Familiar with the construction process of civil engineering, proficient in using office, AUTOCAD and other related software;

3. Have good professional ethics and work responsibility, be familiar with on-site management techniques, have strong drawing review capabilities, and have the ability to monitor and manage the quality, progress, safety and civilized construction of the project;

4. Familiar with construction acceptance industry norms and inspection and evaluation standards, and familiar with the relevant procedures of project acceptance.
